MBL 1TB showing 0GB usage

Hi, I’ve a recurring problem with the MBL dashboard in that it becomes inoperable. The dashboard is visible, but when clicking on any of the links just cycles back to the main menu. This has happened a couple of times now and the only resolution is to restore the firmware (updatefirmwarefromfile). A symptom of the problem is that the drive usage fails to display (Usage: 0 GB / 0 TB). I suspect a component of the UI has crashed. A reboot hasn’t helped nor shutting it down for a period. 

Did this happen after a firmware update? 

I’ve had this issue but with a previous revision of the firmware.
