MB images fitting screen

I have a Toshiba netbook. The WD My Book screen images do not fit the screen vertically. Therefore I cannot get to the pointer buttons on the bottom of the images. I have already hidden the task bar and reduced the graphics as small as they will go.

What am I missing?

So let me see, you have to be talking about Smartware since the drive is listed on Windows explorer. If the app is too big for your screen then try to update it on WD’s site to check if it can support your screen’s resolution. I’d also update the additional components of that software like the Flash player and .Net FrameWork 3.5 SP1 (If you’re on XP).
