Map WD drives by IP Address to see actual files which were previously backed up to WD

With all of the notices to upgrade software and loss of support, I want to map the WD drive (I have 2 different versions) by IP address so that I can actually see the files which were backed up so I can then copy them to a different device, dropbox, etc. When I access the drive via IP address, I see the My Cloud Mirror cloud page but can’t seem to find how to access the files.

Can someone share these steps? Can these steps also be used to perform same steps for older WD backup drives?

Thanks,
Dennis

Note there is a specific subforum for the My Cloud Mirror device.

See the following WD Knowledgebase article on how to map a My Cloud Share. You just substitute the IP address for the My Cloud device name.
