Manual Update Broken

When I use manual update , nothing happens. Then I use the Chrome debug tool to find out , MyCloud constantly send 404 back to chrome, like below

And I also cannot upgrade through automatic update, I do have internet connection ,but in Settings/Network panel ,things like this

What should I do right now? I have the firmware file, How can I update through ssh command line?
