The MCH app acts as a one way sync from the mobile storage to the MCH KDDFS and will not likely support the syncing to another user selectable folder. You can however use free third party software to do this. One such example is DSynchronize by Dimio Software which has a real time monitoring of folders and synchronization and it can run as a Windows service.
