Come on WD peeps, could you make a firmware update to the WDTV Live so the Android remote app works (as the press release erroneously said it would)
? I have look for this statement…where it says that the WD TV Live and the Plus will work with this app?
This is all due to the confusing re-use of the name WD gave the new box.
The press release says it works “with the WDTV Live and WDTV Live Hub.”
But it’s only in reference to the WDTV Live SMP, not the old 2009 Live HD.
I see, yup, it can be confusing.
