MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 and WD Discovery not working

Hi everyone!
I’m having problems with MacOS Mojave and WD Discovery.
Install is working, but I cannot acces to it. When I try to log in to WD Discovery it says “My cloud is having problems connecting to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.”
I think the problem is, that MyCloud is not installed. When I try to install it under the Page “Ressources and more” the installation goes through, but after it the button "install reappears.
What can i do?
I uninstalled all the software restarted mac and the hardware…

I have the same issue

I’ve had the same issue for over a month. Multiple uninstalls and re-installs, removal of library files and restarts and use of the normal download and full download versions. INot happy and the lack of any real advice from WD is a bit frustrating…

I also had this issue for too long. Me and WD had no clue why that is.

Now that even Plex could not reach Mylcoud home while outside of my home network I returned the device.
I had no hope that it will ever work right again. :frowning:
