I hope you can help me, I can’t seem to figure this one out!
I have successfully used MyCloudEx2 with Goodsync and now have my data backed up. However, I now wish to delete some specific folders using “Finder”.
I can see MyCloudEx2 connected and I can browse it, however when I attempt to delete a folder it says “The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items”.
I get a similar message if I try to copy a folder to another place in the MyCloud. The user is correctly set up with read/write privileges to the parent folder I am using.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
