I was loving my unit,until this morning when,for some reason, it stopped working.

The light is still on, I can still see it on the network (windows 7),but there is no display on the TV.

I have done all the obvious things: changed cables etc but to no avail.

I tried a reset but with no display it’s hard to know if it worked.

Any ideas?

So you tried a hard reset (paperclip in the side), eh?  And, I assume, tried the composite cable (if you were using HDMI before) or the HDMI cable (if you were using composite, although in that case it would be best to try a different cable entirely as you probably then wouldn’t have HDMI).

If so, it’s time for a new Timex (or at least to contact WD for an RMA).
