I am having trouble accessing private shares on My Cloud from my MacBook. I have set up a user account with password on the My Cloud and I have set one of my shares to Private with Full Access to my user. When I connect to the server, I choose ‘Connect As…’ and enter my username and password. However, only the Public Share shows up. Any thoughts or suggestions?
