well, I decided to start using the Mac in my office a bit more for design related work, so I’ve been updating it but now can’t get the Sentinel connector software installed. I can connect to the DX4000 and download the dmg file, but it just gives a repeated error when I try and install it. Anyone have any ideas here? Thanks
I don’t think the connector works on “new” Mac’s
the Mac in question is from mid 2012, but it is running the latest OS so…
also, it’s been about a year or so, but in the past I was able to access the Sentinel on this Mac…weird.
Not saying you can’t put files on it, just will not install the connector. That is over my limit of MAC knowledge
