Mac time machine

Seems like my 2tb cloud refuses to backup my mac’s time machine so has anybody had this difficulty and, if so, would you write me the sequence to make it happen seamlessly? Also, how do I access it from another computer, and finally, how to make my itunes library auto backup to the MY CLOUD?
