Mac keeps getting file Locked can't delete message

Very often but not always, I can’t delete image files on my PR4100.

There might be more on the Mac side, because restarting Mac normally have the issue fixed. But I’ve never seen this in any other NAS, even WD MyCloud.

Please comment, it is getting very annoying.
