Mac Formatted - Is there any way to get PC data onto the hard drive?

I own a My Book Edition I that I have formatted for my MacBook. However, I have a large amount of data on a PC that I want to back up. Is there any way to get that data onto the My World without endangering my massive amounts of music and photo files already on the hard drive?

Thanks!

Your question is confusing.  Do you have a My Book World Edition drive?  If so, then it’s a network drive and you should be able back up data to it from any computer on your network.  If the drive you have is not a network drive, then, no, you can’t use it on a PC, unless it’s been formatted in MSDOS Fat 32 file format by your Mac.
