I have a problem with the hard drive serial number: WD5000AAKS
My problem is that the file size of 2GB from one partition to another loses a speed of 8MB / s to 19MB / s further up the transfer does not want to grow, I do not know what it might be a wine for that I am writing this message.
Below are some screenshots of the HD Tune:

And here I’ve included a screen with S.M.A.R.T

On the written specifications of the disk that the transfer can have up to 300MB/sa here it turns out that I have barely 20
Is this a problem with hard drive?
Thanks in advance for your help
Well, the HDTune pics show an average of 80MB/s across the drive, which sounds about right. Where are you getting the 8MB/s to 19MB/s speeds?
If you’re talking about copying a file from one partition on a drive to another partition on the same drive, then yes, you’ll get much lower speeds than the drive is capable of reading to memory or writing from memory. You’re bouncing the read/write head from where its reading, to where its writing and back again many times per second. Its going to be slow.
Now if its from another SATA drive you should get at least the other drives minimum read speed, up to whatever your drives maximum write speed is.
