The blue power light on the front of my drive is very low and the drive is not recognized bymy computer (it does not even show that it is connected on the screen)
what can this be?
Try using another USB cable if possible and connect the power cable directly to the wall. You can also try running a test using DLG. Check the link below for the steps.
