kinda stupid bout things like this but anyhow… I lost the WD SmartWare CD and when i try to access the externel harddrive from my MAC it says “run unlock application to unlock drive”… how do i do it without the disc? Thanks…
Once you setup the password, the virtual disk will change to the unlock icon, just double click on it and it will give you the pop up window to unlock it. To see all of the available software for your my book click on the link below.
