Lost Share Access on Mobile App

Hello, I have a mycloud EX2Ultra and I use the mycloud OS5 app. I added a user but I am unable to see the shares. All the permissions seem fine as far as myself having access. The other user does not have access to some shares. What do I to to be able to access the shares from the iOS app again?

There are no groups
Read and write access as a user is turned on
Mobile and Web App Access is turned on

I can see Shares that are public I can see folders where both users have access.
