Hi there, I want to setup the My Cloud 2TB for online access and WD website asks for a nine digit number that is supposed to be on the Quick Setup Paper. I don’t have that paper anymore. How can I obtain the number? Or is there another way to set it up? There is no information on the website.

Please confirm your product. The My Cloud (where you posted) has no such number.

Which My Cloud device do you have? The My Cloud Home is the device that uses a 9 digit number. The My Cloud Home is a different device than the My Cloud. For the My Cloud device you would click on My Cloud when on the MyCloud.com web portal main page.
