My system crashed and when it was restored I had to come up with the password, which I’ve lost and forgotten. Is there anyway to reset the device so I can use it again. Its critical I recover the data on it
Remove the power plug, and press the reset button at the back of the unit. Keeping it pressed, plug the power back in and wait for 40s, then release the button. The unit should beep and restart. You will keep your content, but your users will be deleted. YOu will on ly have the admin user with a blank password.
