Live Hub is connected to router via ethernet cable. and to the TV with HDMI. Not sure if this issue is impacting this problem but I recently had to reconfigure the network because of a power outage. Now the live hub will play the media on the TV but I can not access the live hub from my computer. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?
