Lost network connection

Hi all,

I have a WDTV Live and netgear stora attached to a BT homehub.  My laptop runs 7 64 bit.  My problems are twofold:-

  1. This is primarily the one that is cheesing me off.  When I watch a video, listen to music or just have the browser open, after about 20-30 mins I loose connection to the network.  A reboot of both the WD and stora is the only thing that brings connection back and after 20-30 mins, it happens all over again.  I have assigned static ips to them both.

  2. I cannot see any network shares although I can view them in explorer.

Can anyone help me please?
