I just tranfers some of my downloaded files from my computer to my WD but when I reconnected my WD back, I didn’t find anything in my harddrive although when I checked the properties it indicates that it has about 500GB used memory…where did my files go and how can I recover it? Please help… Thanks…
Files may be hidden, try enabling to view hidden files and folders from the Folder Options in WIndows. If the data still cannot be seen it might be corrupted, in this case you can try using a data recovery software.
