So just got a cloud device. Connected and set up working fine. Tried to download firmware new version. Seemed to stall in reboot. Now all internet connectivity to the router is lost. Even after reset and device disconnected. I have a second router in the house (luckily) which is working fine. Have seen similar posts but sounds like routers worked after device was disconnected. Mine still is on the fritz.
It is possible your router needs to be manually configured in order to specify the DNS or PPPoE configuration provided by your ISP.
