This morning I inadvertently dragged a folder “Music” into the WD Smart Ware Folder. Now the Music Folder indicates it is Empty. Attempts to access the folder is denied. This particular Volume was not backed up. I’ve contacted WD Support but I haven’t heard back yet. Does anyone have any ideas on how to recover the lost folder?. PC has not been shut down since this occurred.

What OS are you using? If it’s Windows 7 or Vista it could be a permission sharing issue.
