I was using an excel file from my cloud duo yesterday and today went to go use the file again and it disappeared from my cloud duo. Is there a way to go back in time and grab the file from the day before?
Has your MCH been updated to 8.12. It’s supposed to solve an issue similar to what you’re describing.

How did you access the file?
I am not sure what you mean. I would always access the file by going through Windows explorer and clicking on MCH drive.
