Lost Connection with EX4

Hi,

I have lost connection after making some changes on my EX4 network setting. I am not able to Ping the device anymore, and the web console doesn’t load as well. What can i do to establish the connection (logging in to the device)?

Possible for me to take out all the HDD, and do a factory default and reinsert back all the HDD? Will it auto-detect the HDD and re-established the RAID? There are Data in the HDD.

OR is there anyway where i can take out the HDD, and connect it externally to a notebook to retrieve all data?
