I am freaking out!! I was just converting some videos & saving to my passport, & it was almost done, a window popped up & said failed delay write, next thing I know everything that was on my passport was all gone. I don’t understand where it went???
Are you connecting your Passport with the USB cable that came with it or another one? If your Passport is still recognized by the computer you can use a data recovery program if you need to recover your files.
