Lost access to NAS drives

I set up 2 WD drives on my network with 4 computers.  Everything worked fine for many months.  Yesterday, I could not access either drive by 1 of my computers.  It asks for a password and says I don’t have permission.  How can I use one of my other computers to find the password, or delete the password so all my computers can see the network drives?


Hi there, the WD My Cloud doesn’t keep track of the computers that connects to it. The computer however saves the password and the credential used to every network device.

You can remove the credentials from the computer from the credential manager and finding the one for the My Cloud and deleting.
