Losing multiple movies when deleting - Live Hub

When I delete a movie using the remote, I lose up to 100 movies at the same time. They are still visible when accessing from within the network, just not visible within the wdtv. The only way of resolving the issue currently is clearing and rebuilding the media library.  How do I correct this problem?

Hello,

You can try resetting the media player but that will take more time than the work around with the media library.

Have you tried doing a factory reset?

Won’t the factory Reset delete everything on the 1tb internal Hdd?

No, “Factory Reset” does not delete anything off the internal hdd
