Losing connection from computer to WD Media Live Hub

I have no problems playing movies located two of my network computers from my WD Media Live Hub, but I am having problems transferring my movies from my comuters to my Live Hub. I have successfully transfereed 139 movies over time, but more recently I keep losing my connection and the file transfer fails. whats interesting is that I can still play movies off of that computer from the WD Media Live Hub. so why do I lose my conection tranfering to the media Hub while at the same time I can still read movies from my computer through the media hub.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
