Every day my Mac tells me it can’t connect to my WD MyCloud drive to do Time Machine backups.
I went through the troubleshooting pages on the WD website and the only solution I found that works is to restart my modem/router. Then it all works again. The next day, this issue comes back.
My WD MyCloud is connected to my modem/router with a cable and it’s on the same WiFi as my computer.
I tested the socket my drive is connected to the modem/router and it works fine with other devices.
I can’t rely on my WD MyCloud as it is to do frequent backups.
What can I do to fix this issue?
