Looking for Small Business External Storage of 4TB or more

I am involved in a small business and we are looking for a external storgae that connects to our Windows 2008 server that have 4TB or more storage space. The specifications I am looking for are as follows:

• Network accibility. (other devices can see the external storage in the network)

• Ability to set user priviliages. (namely read, write, modify but NOT delete)

• Auto backup from server to external storage.
