Logitech DiNovo Edge Keyboard with WDTV Live

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to use my Logitech DiNovo Bluetooth keyboard to replace the remote on the WDTV Live unit while typing instructions for searching YouTube, but with no luck.  I get no response from the keyboard on the screen. Should I have changed an option somewhere in the “System Settings” or “Network Settings” menu to enable it? Do I need to deactivate the remote?

I have upgraded the the device to the latest firmware and the media player is performing all other tasks as expected.

So in other words, what am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would assume that its just that your keyboard does not work with the unit. There is no guarantee that any wireless keyboard will work, its purely hit and miss.

I have no problems using diNovo Mini.

But, it cannot substitute a remote, only for typing in text field, my unit is Plus and American.
