Hi eveyone,
I’m using a WD Mycloud 2 bays nas and I can’t connect to the NAS using the IOS app, Android App, Chrome webbrowser and Edge webbrowser. The normal Windows login is working for the shares. When I login in de webbrowser I’m inmediatly logged of and have to login again. This keeps looping. In the Android and IOS app I can login but do not see my shares.
The shares are set to be accessed through the mycloud apps.
I tried the following to fix the issue:
-Logof and logon in the app
-Clear the app cache
-Reinstallation of the app
-Used different devices
-Web browser - cleared cache
-Webbroser - Incognito browser
-Webbrowser - Tried another browser (fresh installed Chrome)
Does anyone expierence the same issue?
