My old My Cloud drive stopped working, so thought I would upgrade to the My Cloud Home. I’ve managed to back up a lot of things from my old drive, but I am hoping to recover the rest soon.
I do not have a computer / laptop so use my phone for everything. I have already read that I have probably picked the wrong device for what I am needing this for. But I have came across an app that has detected my My Cloud on my LAN, and is asking for my details to log in. Does anyone have any idea as to whether this would be a username I set up, or would it be my email address, or something else?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. There must be a way where I can access files other than pictures / videos?
