Hi,
As an importer of this product I have a problem with a customer.
The drive and all the software were working just fine until today morning,
suddenly there’s a message saying “login service unavailable” on WD Discovery when you try to log in.
I tried everything, from removing the discovery tool and reinstall it to changing the password 3times.
Thanks for help.
It could be down for service or other etc.
