Trying to get into my WDCLOUD for ages. keep getting login page and wont let me put email address in?
Any help would be help!!!

Do you own a My Cloud Home or a WD MY CLOUD 1st generation? If it is the 1st generation MY CLOUD are you trying to use the Desktop App that no longer works?
To open the Dashboard if using Windows and File Explorer, click on Network then do a right click on WDMYCLOUD under Storage and click on Device webpage. If you want to see your shares then click on WDMYCLOUD from the dropdown menu. See example image below.
