Hi hope someone can help!!
I had my home renovated and didn’t have My Cloud Home connected for a month. I plugged it back in and had an issue connecting to my router. After a reset (4sec) the router connected with a solid white light.
When logging into my App on iOS on the phone and iPad it’s searched for the device…… asks for my 9 digit code on the bottom……and it finds my device.
it then asks me to set up a new device or join an already set up one.
I want to get back into my setup device but it then asks me to have an invite from my email address…….im the admin
the people I invited to use the device can still log in and use it….. view files. But I can’t
Any ideas?I’ve been on the chat 5 times and constantly get disconnected. The last one I tried a 29sec reset. But not sure what to do next.
