Locking drive to view only

I have a mybook live and have instailled wd photos and wd my cloud on my daughters phone, Is there anyway i can set the photos and files on the drive to be view only incase there are deleted or move into the wrong folder by mistake .

Currently there are no read only permission options for the My Cloud or the WD Photos apps, but if you create a private share on the My Book Live, only the users you select can access the shares from the My Cloud app.
