Locked out of some shares on NAS drive

I am responsible for three WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS units and several computers in a club network and I am plagued frequently with the message…

“Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.”

My question is how do I find out what are the “previous connections” I have to disconnect. Nowhere on the dashboard does this info appear. Presumably, as I am the “Administrator” that means I can’t use my real name to connect to a share set up for my personal use. Sometimes one or two of the EX2 Ultras will let me in but other(s) won’t. Very frustrating.
