Locked Files! PLEASE HELP!

Hi there, my problem is that I had saved some video files on my computer and put them on hidden.

I then transferred those files to a hard drive and they were there and they were fine.

I had to have my computer updated to Windows 10 and my school has to do it because of the admin restrictions and it wiped my computer which is fine because I had everything backed up.

But then when I went to play the files today, they are locked because I think they are encrypted? Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help if you do!

Hi Alex,
This is very helpful except at step 5, I don’t have the ‘owner’ option tab even though all the other settings I have are the same as what is shown in the image. What can I do about this?
