how do i unlock these files
Please supply more information. Computer type, Operator System, Software you are using (WD Smartware or WD Backup) or Drag and Drop. How old is Passport?
WD Smartware, My passport is 2015. i’m using a dell computer running windows 7. My Problem is with my passport only.

Hmmm, never had an ‘unlock’ problem using Passport.
Do you mean using a password to open the drive, or something with “files” only. Any message? Do you know how to use Snipping Tool to copy your display?
