Local dashboard and Cloud stopped working (but device is ok)

Hi,

My dashboard and my cloud access have stopped working yet i can still access my cycloid mirror using the 'finder tool (Mac OSX) and can see the device is still syncing to my dropbox account.

When i try to access the device i’m told its offline and to try to renew the certificate.

Any ideas how i can access the portals?

Have you tried accessing the drive using the IP address of the drive? If still the same, please try resetting the unit.

I did and it didn’t work. Strangely though after leaving it overnight it worked again so I wonder if either the features were experiencing difficulties or if the load on my NAS affected performance.
