Load cycle count & Unsafe shutdown, SMART weird behavior

Load cycle count & Unsafe shutdown:

I have recently bought , WD10 EARX, running on XP, ran alignment tool, everthing is fine, copy speed etc.
But i seen in HD Tune pro, Load cycle count  is increasing , abnormally, Should i worry abt it… ??.. 

My power ON hours count is 449 hrs, means 18 load cycle in 1 hour. 
…
Also unsafe shout down count increased to 132, I have a UPS, bt i am not  worry abt it,
