Live hub to tv- no video files

using the hub to watch films on tv in other room via wifi network, it worked flawlessy for years, but now when in go to browse films or music pictures etc, i get no video or no pictures or music files, they are there, as from same tv i can access my laptop files, it says on screen dlna (wdlivehub) twonky, but when click on the hub it will not go into directory of the hub.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.

i fixed it by resetting the hub, not sure how it worked, or why it went wrong in the first place.
