Live Hub does not recognize external drive

I plugged in my WD Elements 1 TB external drive to the Live Hub, but it does not show up in the Disk Manager (or anywhere else for that matter). The drive is correctly formatted and I’ve tried both USB ports. If it makes any difference, my Hub is using the 3.01.19 firmware.

Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem is and how I might be able to fix it?

Try resetting the Hub, by holding the reset button for 4 seconds.  You may also try a roll back, if still the drive is not detected you may try reformatting it.
