Live hub creating two listings

Hi I’ve just bought a Live hub and when I’m uploading movies I’m creating a folder with the movie file plus a jpeg pic, on my computer then loading through usb but I’m starting to see two entries for the movie, if I delete one entry then I lose both.

Any help would be much appreciated.
