Listing my film Library

This is a bit of a random question and not quite sure where to put it but hoping that someone will help me.

I have quite a few films on my My Book World Edition, so many so that sifting through the hard drive to find a film that I would like to watch is quite a long process.

I was wondering if there was a free ‘indexing’ program that can read the external drives and give me a list of the films that I have.

Any help would be appreciated
