I have a WDTV LIve plus. It is connected to my Buffalo Router. I also have a buffalo Linkstation connected to the buffalo router. The WDTV will not play the files from the Linkstation over a wired connection. These are MP3 files and movies. However if I plug in a wireless client…it will play those files just fine. Has anyone come across this problem? t seems silly that the wireless is fine but not the wired connection and there is no impact to netflix, you tube,pandora, etc…wired or wireless works just fine. HELP!
Did you ever find why this was happening?
never found out why…I re-set the WD box, the router, and my NAS. Powered up one at a time and it works now.
